Payment
When ordering online, payment is required at the time of purchase in £ (pounds sterling).
Ingredients and allergies
Each item in the online shop has its ingredients listed for you to see before purchasing, and every item we send also has the ingredients clearly listed on the back of the packaging. Should any information appear missing, or you have any further queries, please contact us and we will be happy to help. All products are made on site at our chocolate factory & café, which is an environment that handles: Treenuts; peanuts; dairy; eggs; cereals (including gluten); sesame.
We use many local suppliers for our ingredients, therefore we cannot guarantee our products to be free from traces of allergens.
Should a customer choose to purchase from us, we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction to traces of products in the chocolate.

Refunds
due to the edible nature of all our products we do not offer refunds as standard. However, should you be unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to arrange a replacement for you.
Chocolate masterclass gift vouchers
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come first serve basis. Each voucher is redeemable for one (1) chocolate masterclass experience at Ruby Hue Chocolate Makers, address: Unit 2 Hawkins Lane Building, Bristol, BS1 6WQ. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the issue date. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice may result in the voucher being marked as redeemed. In the unlikely event that Ruby Hue must cancel or reschedule a class (e.g. illness, low attendance), you will be offered an alternative date at no extra cost. Participants must be aged 16+. Any individual aged under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please advise us of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 48 hours before your session. Our kitchen Treenuts; peanuts; dairy; eggs; cereals (including gluten); sesame. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. We cannot accommodate late arrivals, and missing your session without notice will void your voucher. All participants must follow staff instructions and health & safety guidance. Ruby Hue reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone behaving inappropriately or posing a risk to others. We occasionally take photos during classes for marketing purposes. Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to be photographed.
Cash value gift vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the voucher. The expiry date is clearly marked on each voucher and cannot be extended. Expired vouchers will not be accepted. Vouchers can be redeemed online at www.rubyhue.co.uk or in-store at: Unit 2 Hawkins Lane Building, Bristol, BS1 6WQ. The voucher can be used as full or part payment for goods and services. If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance will remain valid until the expiry date. Only one voucher code may be used per transaction unless otherwise stated.
